 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 The General Manager will lead daily operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with Analytica&rsquo;s strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive productivity across departments including HR, sales, and technical development.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Oversee and manage all operations of the Pakistan office.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Lead and monitor department heads (HR, Sales, Technical, Marketing).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure smooth project execution, reporting, and performance tracking.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain communication and coordination with the UAE headquarters.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage budgeting, expenses, and performance KPIs.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Foster a results-driven, professional, and positive work culture.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Education: MBA/BBA or equivalent degree in Business Management or a related field.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience: 6&ndash;10 years in a senior management or leadership role (preferably in IT, software, or digital sectors).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent communication, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and HR coordination.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
 
 </li>
