The role is for a MSME organisation that entails the following responsibilities :1. Recruitment and Onboarding:o Post job openings and manage recruitment processes.o Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.o Handle employee on boarding, including paperwork and training.o Set up and manage employee performance evaluation systems.o Manage resignation processes, including exit interviews and clearance.2. Payroll and Attendance:o Maintain attendance records of labour and track working hours.o Process employee salaries, overtime, and other benefits.o Set-up bonus systems for employees3. Compliance and Policies:o Apply and Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.o Draft, implement, and update company policies and employee handbooks.4. Budgeting and Financial Planning:<ul><li>Prepare budgets and forecasts for production and operations.</li><li>Track actual performance against budgeted numbers.</li></ul>5. Receivables:.o Follow up on receivables to ensure timely payments.o Monitor and manage expenses, ensuring cost control6. Reporting:o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.o Support management with insights for strategic decisions.7.
