We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Sales Person with Office Admin / Receptionist experience to be the first point of contact at our yoga studio. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all clients, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio.In addition to front desk responsibilities, the selected candidate will also be responsible for handling sales-related activities and achieving set monthly targets related to client enrolments and wellness program conversions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist clients and visitors with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.</li><li>Clearly communicate information about our yoga therapies, classes, and wellness programs.</li><li>Guide potential clients through the enrolment process and provide ongoing support to improve client retention.</li><li>Handle front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, managing inquiries.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the studio&rsquo;s software and database.</li><li>Actively promote studio services and membership packages to new and existing clients.</li><li>Take ownership of sales performance and work towards meeting monthly sales/enrolment targets.</li><li>Collaborate with the internal team to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to studio growth.</li><li>Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , Negotiation Skills</li><li>Strong ability to build rapport and understand client wellness needs.</li><li>Basic proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with data entry and CRM or studio management software.</li><li>Basic Knowledge of accounting &amp; processing payments.</li><li>Good organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven approach to work.</li></ul>Prior experience in Sales is must along .
