Reports To: Sr. Director, Workplace Services and Physical Security

Role Summary

We're seeking a hands-on Workplace Services Manager to build and scale Anaplan's Global Capability Center (GCC) in India from the ground up. This role will help shape the office culture, workplace experience and safety of a technology hub that will grow to several hundred employees across Engineering, Product, and Technical Operations over the coming years.

You will oversee the day to day experience, operation, and safety of Anaplan future office and partner with the Site Champion, Real Estate, People and IT to ensure we are developing Anaplan culture and fostering innovation. This role will onboard during the construction process, work with the project team to open the office, and work to scale operations as the region grows. This role is onsite 5 days per week.

Your Impact

1. Build from the Ground Up
<ul>
<li>Partner with Real Estate, IT, People, and local office champions to open Anaplan's New Global Capability Center</li>
<li>Partner with Office Site Champion and the People team to enrich office culture</li>
<li>Build and scale operations to support growth in the region</li>
</ul>
2. Office Operations &amp; Workplace Experience
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day office operations in Anaplans new Global Capability Center and other India Co-working offices to ensure a seamless, efficient, well-organized, and safe workplaces</li>
<li>Liaise with internal teams and key stakeholders to create a positive and engaging workplace experience.</li>
<li>Ensure best practices for physical security, health, and safety across the office.</li>
<li>Support and coordinate logistics for onsite meetings, leadership visits, and internal events.</li>
</ul>
3. Facilities, Security &amp; Vendor Management
<ul>
<li>Onboard, Manage and maintain relationships with local Facilities Management (FM) vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.</li>
<li>Manage daily onsite vendors including physical security and janitorial</li>
</ul>
4. Budgeting &amp; Financial Oversight
<ul>
<li>Develop, manage, and track the operating budget for the GCC office and other India co-working locations.</li>
<li>Monitor expenses, identify cost optimization opportunities, and ensure financial discipline as the office scales</li>
</ul>
5. Data Analyticsand Space Planning
<ul>
<li>Leverage data and analytics to build operational efficiency within the office operations as the office scales</li>
<li>Use data to partner with local office leads to strategically space plan for office growth</li>
</ul>
Your Experience
<ul>
<li>5-10 years of progressive Workplace, facilities or Real estate experience, ideally supporting high-growth SaaS/Tech organizations.</li>
<li>Proven track record of building and scaling a new site (preferably 300&ndash;1000 employees).</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage office operations while supporting broader company projects</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.</li>
<li>Experience as a people Supervisor or Manager</li>
<li>Experience managing Physical Security, Health and Safety programs and tools</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset</li>
</ul>

Strategic Consulting Meets Expert Delivery: Lead Anaplan's Largest Implementations

Are you a seasoned consultant with a passion for seeing strategy through to flawless execution? We are looking for a Principal Solution Implementation Manager to lead Anaplan's most complex and strategic customer engagements across the Middle East.

This role is a unique hybrid of high-end consulting and hands-on program leadership. You will be the senior-most delivery advisor for our most important enterprise accounts, acting as the bridge between the customer's strategic vision and the technical reality of implementation.

You won't just manage projects; you'll serve as a trusted partner to C-level stakeholders, guiding them through large-scale business transformation. Based in our Abu Dhabi office with hybrid flexibility, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of iconic brands by delivering sophisticated, high-impact planning solutions.

Your Impact
<ul><li>Act as the lead strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise-level Anaplan deployments, translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide expert counsel to customer executives on governance, change management, project scoping, and long-term value realisation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Build and maintain C-suite relationships, operating as a trusted, non-sales partner focused entirely on the customer's success.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Orchestrate the end-to-end program, steering internal teams, partner consultants, and customer stakeholders toward delivery excellence.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Command complex programs, mastering scope, risk, and budget to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.</li></ul>

Your Qualifications
<ul><li>A background in management consulting, technology consulting, or a client-facing professional services role is essential.</li></ul>
<ul><li>10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise programs, ideally from within a consultancy or a SaaS professional services organization.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following: Supply Chain, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A), or Workforce Planning.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic advisor, with outstanding influencing and negotiation skills at the executive level.</li></ul>
<ul><li>A track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-year initiatives against tight timelines and budgets.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Fluent communication skills in English.</li></ul>
