Job descriptionWe are looking for a responsible Female Operations &amp; Admin assistant to organize our company&rsquo;s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily operations activities.She should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.Duties and responsibilities&middot; Managing Company Internal requirements, documents, and procedures&middot; Update office policies and ensure compliance with them&middot; Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary&middot; Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and data entry.&middot; Handling &amp; monitoring Governmental documents.&middot; Support the HR department&middot; Fleet Management&middot; Handle queries from managers and employeesQualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree&middot; 1-2 years proven work experience.&middot; Fluent in English and Russian Languages&middot; Experience with office management tools -MS Office&middot; Can handle multi tasks and able to work under pressure&middot; Excellent organizational and time-management skills&middot; Flexible and fast learner&middot; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Special requirements:&middot; Mandatory to send your updated CV with a recent pictureJob Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Admin: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Russian (Required)</li></ul>
