The ideal candidate will be proficient in video editing software and familiar with post-production workflows, including media management, syncing, basic color correction, and audio leveling.</h3>
In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Assist Senior Editors and Creative Directors in shaping video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, brand films, sizzles, and case studies</li><li>
Import, transcode, sync, and organize raw footage and assets within established workflows</li><li>
Build rough assemblies and string outs from creative briefs or scripts, maintaining clear timelines and labeling systems</li><li>
Support light color correction, audio leveling, and motion graphics under the guidance of senior editors</li><li>
Keep project files organized and manage storage workflows across shared drives and cloud platforms</li><li>
Export, encode, and deliver final videos in multiple aspect ratios and codecs optimized for social and digital platforms</li><li>
Manage revisions, versioning, and delivery according to specs and client feedback</li><li>
Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistency with brand standards</li><li>
Troubleshoot common post-production issues and assist with software/hardware setup when needed</li><li>
Stay up to date on emerging editing tools, platform requirements, and content best practices</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h3><ul><li>
2+ years of hands-on video editing or post-production experience (internships and freelance work welcome)</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite a plus</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail</li><li>
