As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with AV resellers, distributors, and integrators to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and promote our cutting-edge audio-visual solutions.Position Title: Channel Account Manager, TOLA, Texas ResidentClassification Status: Exempt, Outside Sales ExemptionStatus: Full Time, RegularReports to: Vice President of SalesBase Salary Range: $75k - $150k/OTEWork Schedule: Remote/Texas ResidenceTerritory/Location Requirement: This position supports our TOLA territory, and the ideal candidate will be located in Texas.Essential Job DutiesChannel Development &amp; Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including AV dealers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.</li><li>Identify and onboard new partners to expand market coverage.</li><li>Develop joint business plans with partners to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Passionate brand ambassador, thoroughly knowledgeable about our product line.</li></ul>Sales Enablement<ul><li>Provide training, tools, and support to partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns and promotional activities.</li><li>Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase products or services. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs of individual clients. These are presented to employees during the onboarding process and highlighted periodically throughout the course of business.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree; Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.</li><li>3+ years of experience in B2B Sales required with direct responsibility for over $1M in sales volume, and/or combination of proven skills, work experience, and education.</li><li>Proven track record of significant sales growth.</li><li>Strong understanding of Audio and related wireless technology preferred.</li><li>Experience in selling and/or developing and implementing B2C/B2B sales pipelines.</li><li>Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Contract negotiation experience, including presentation skills and persuasive communication style (online and in-person). Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.</li><li>Computer skills in MS office, with strong excel experience preferred.
