<div>Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage subcontractors and vendors that are &ldquo;signed up&rdquo; for the project</li><li>
Moderate weekly subcontractor onsite meeting; notes and sign in sheet to be completed</li><li>
Implement safety program and ensure safety standards being met</li><li>
Responsible for jobsite cleanliness</li><li>
Hold subcontractors accountable
</li><li>Deep understanding of plans and client intentions</li><li>
Ability to read, understand, and implement drawings</li><li>
Responsible for identifying changes in scope as early as possible and reporting these changes in scope to the Project Manager so they can process a change order</li><li>
Daily and weekly reporting, including client reports</li><li>
Enforce job schedule in field</li><li>
Provide monthly schedule updates</li><li>
In charge of quality assurance / quality control of work
</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>
At least 5-10 years of experience working on construction projects</li><li>
HS Diploma</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other computer applications</li><li>
Availability for travel to client sites, this is a road warrior position</li></ul>
