We're hiring an <b>AI-First Senior Manager of Partnerships</b> to build and scale Anchor's partner ecosystem and drive partner-sourced revenue. This is a quota-carrying leadership role for someone who's equal parts builder and closer, skilled at turning relationships into revenue and ideas into scalable, AI-powered programs.</p><p>
You'll define a new playbook for how fintech alliances are built, activated, and grown, combining creativity, commercial instincts, and AI-driven precision. AI isn't a layer on top of this role. It's how you identify the right partners, activate them faster, measure what matters, and scale what works.</p><p>

   This position is hybrid-based in Austin, TX, with a mix of office and remote work (4 days from the office, 1 day from home), with part of the team distributed globally.</p></div>

<div><ul><li><b>Own partnership revenue.</b> Carry a quota and deliver measurable growth from partner-sourced and co-sell opportunities.</li><li><b>
Build the partner ecosystem.</b> Design and execute strategies to attract, activate, and scale strategic, technology, and service partnerships. Use AI to identify high-fit partners, score opportunities, and prioritize where to invest time.</li><li><b>
Create the playbook.</b> Define how partnerships are structured, enabled, and monetized. Build repeatable, AI-enhanced motions for onboarding, enablement, and value creation.</li><li><b>
Lead the business plan.</b> Own a comprehensive partnerships plan including strategic priorities, operational roadmap, and expected business impact.</li><li><b>
Drive partner success.</b> Keep partners engaged, high-performing, and aligned through clear success metrics and AI-driven performance tracking.</li><li><b>
Innovate programs and incentives.</b> Develop scalable models, co-marketing initiatives, and performance-based rewards. Use AI to personalize partner engagement and optimize program ROI.</li><li><b>
Leverage data and AI insights.</b> Track partner contribution, pipeline impact, and ROI with AI-powered analytics. Let data guide decisions on where to double down and where to cut.</li><li><b>
Recruit and develop talent.</b> Build and mentor a high-performing partnerships team that's AI-fluent and commercially sharp.</li><li><b>
Collaborate cross-functionally</b> with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS to ensure unified GTM execution and feed AI models with cross-functional data.</li></ul></div><br>

<div><ul><li><b>AI-first mindset with results to show.</b> You've used AI to build, scale, or optimize partnership programs or revenue motions. Not theoretical; practical and proven.</li><li><b>
6+ years in B2B SaaS</b>, with 2 years in leadership roles tied to revenue. Experience managing managers is ideal.</li><li><b>
Proven quota carrier</b> who has exceeded revenue targets through partnerships or direct sales. X years of experience in sales roles.</li><li><b>
Ecosystem builder.</b> Experience creating partnership programs or revenue ecosystems from the ground up.</li><li><b>
AI and sales tech fluency.</b> Comfortable with CRM, GTM tools, and AI-driven analytics. You evaluate and adopt new AI tooling quickly.</li><li><b>
Strong executive presence</b> and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.</li><li><b>
Hands-on operator</b> who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.</li><li><b>
Player-coach.</b> Strategic thinker who leads by example and develops people.</li><li><b>
