Job Title:Sales Operations Executive (ERPNext)Location:Doha, QatarCompany:Anchorage Technical Services (ATS Marine)Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive with hands-on experience in ERPNext to manage sales activities, track RFQs, and ensure proper follow-up on quotations and sales orders. The role requires strong coordination skills, daily reporting discipline, and the ability to support the sales team in closing opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesERPNext &amp; Sales Management<ul><li>Manage and update Opportunities, Quotations, and Sales Orders in ERPNext</li><li>Ensure all RFQs are properly recorded and tracked with unique enquiry numbers</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data</li></ul>Sales Follow-Up &amp; Closing Support<ul><li>Follow up with clients on submitted quotations</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, operations) for timely submissions</li><li>Support sales team in closing deals and converting opportunities to orders</li></ul>Daily Reporting &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports</li><li>Track:</li><li>Pending RFQs</li><li>Submitted quotations</li><li>Order status</li><li>Provide weekly/monthly summaries to management</li></ul>Sales Order &amp; Execution Coordination<ul><li>Monitor Sales Order status from issuance to completion</li><li>Coordinate with:</li><li>Procurement</li><li>Operations / Project team</li><li>Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution</li></ul>Client Communication<ul><li>Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and follow-ups</li><li>Ensure timely response to enquiries and clarifications</li></ul>RequirementsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Commerce or related field</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years experience in:</li><li>Sales coordination / sales operations</li><li>ERP-based systems (preferably ERPNext)</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of ERPNext (CRM &amp; Sales modules)</li><li>Good knowledge of:</li><li>RFQ &rarr; Quotation &rarr; Sales Order process</li><li>Proficiency in Excel / reporting tools</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong follow-up and coordination skills</li><li>Good communication (English required; Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience in marine / offshore / engineering / trading companies</li><li>Familiarity with Qatar market and clients</li><li>Understanding of basic technical/commercial quotations</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>RFQ response time &le; 3 days</li><li>Daily report submission (100% compliance)</li><li>Sales order conversion ratio</li><li>Follow-up efficiency (no missed RFQs)</li><li>Accuracy of ERP data</li></ul>Salary Range (Qatar Market &ndash; Reference)<ul><li>QAR 4,000 &ndash; 7,000 (depending on experience)</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>As per company policy (ATS standard working hours)</li></ul>Growth Opportunity<ul><li>Opportunity to grow into:</li><li>Sales Manager</li><li>Business Development Executive</li><li>ERP / Operations Lead</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV to: admin@atsmarine.comPay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
