The Mission</b></h3><div>
Employee EngagementIT Support Specialist, you'll keep Ancora's day-to-day tech running smoothly while helping employees feel heard, supported, and set up for success. This entry-level, onsite role exists to remove friction-so clinicians and teams can focus on care.<br>

Key responsibilities include:<br>
<ul><li>Maintain and support company software; troubleshoot access issues and data swipes</li><li>Set up EMR access for new hires; configure Microsoft Office logins and provide basic training</li><li>Coordinate fleet operations for company vehicles</li><li>Assist with Employee Engagement activities such as quarterly activities, annual outings, monthly meetings, and general employee experience efforts</li></ul></div><div><br>
Required skills/experience:<br>
<ul><li>Tech-savvy with a service-first mindset</li><li>Strong customer service and communication</li><li>EMR experience is a plus</li></ul><br>

You'll also help build an engaging workplace by planning team outings, supporting quarterly award ceremonies, and organizing and facilitating annual events.
