JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Quality Engineering Supervisor to join our Composites Technology Support team at our Bayport facility (position would cover NEXT, BP Materials and Doors Extrusion). The quality engineering supervisor role on our Composites Technology Support team combines the technical expertise and project management skills of a Quality Engineer II with the leadership and strategic direction responsibilities of a Quality Supervisor. The primary focus is to ensure the adherence to quality control specifications, drive continuous improvement, and lead a quality team to achieve high standards in the manufacturing processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Technical Support:<ul><li>
Perform root cause analysis to identify sources of variation and process problems, using Statistical Process Control to reduce process variation and structured problem solving, utilizing DMAIC tools.</li><li>
 Interface with Product Design, Product Engineering, Tooling Design, and other business partners to ensure manufacturability and process capability of new and revised products.</li><li>
 Develop and maintain quality systems, programs, training tools, documents, and standard operating procedures for critical production processes.</li><li>
 Prepare and execute quality control plans, including the review of specifications, tolerances, and capabilities.</li><li>
Lead containment activities for reactive issues and ensure timely documentation and resolution of customer issues (CAPAs, PSWs, PPAPs).</li><li>
Conduct regular meetings with internal and external customers to discuss current issues and proposed changes.</li><li>
Develop gauges and tools for assessing conformance of manufactured parts to engineering specifications.</li><li>
Foster a continuous improvement culture and support lean manufacturing implementations.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Leadership and Team Management:
<ul><li>Lead a medium-sized team of quality technicians.</li><li>
Develop strategic direction for the quality team and translate strategy into actionable projects.</li><li>
 Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members, promoting career growth opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure desired work quality levels are achieved through the use of standard work and training, utilizing tools and data to monitor performance.</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must-Have:<ul><li>
BS degree in Engineering, Technology, or a similar field.</li><li>
Knowledge of quality programs, SPC, process capability, and lean manufacturing principles.</li><li>

SUMMARY
Andersen Windows Corporation is seeking a Network Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise network solutions across corporate, logistics, and manufacturing environments. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong business alignment, delivering scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions that enable operational excellence and long-term business growth.
The Network Solutions Architect will build strong internal partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing and other technical stakeholders, to identify opportunities, define solution strategies, and drive measurable value through innovative network designs. This role will also evaluate project requests, consult with business and technical users, and produce clear, structured technical analysis and documentation to support enterprise initiatives and informed decision-making.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Architect and implement enterprise network solutions including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, and cloud connectivity.</li><li>
Lead network modernization efforts and support hybrid &amp; multi-cloud environments.</li><li>
Collaborate with different teams to identify new client opportunities and create new modern strategies.</li><li>
Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.</li><li>
Design high-level network architecture build BOMs and SOWs, and present solutions to stakeholders.</li><li>
Maintain a portfolio of relevant technologies and proactively drive interest and adoption.</li><li>
Gain working knowledge of strategic partner portfolios and tools to support solution development.</li><li>
Participate in peer reviews, kickoff meetings, and provide consultation during project onboarding.</li><li>
Provide post-sales technical support when needed to ensure successful implementation.</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>
10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including 3+ years in architecture/design roles.</li><li>
Expertise in SD-WAN, VPN, routing/switching, wireless, and cloud networking (Azure, AWS).</li><li>
Expert knowledge of network architecture in a large environment.</li><li>
Expert understanding of network protocols, design, performance and development.</li><li>
Expert understanding of IP addressing and subnetting, including design and implementation.</li><li>
Strong understanding of VLANs and networks supporting servers and storage.</li><li>
Proven project planning and management experience.</li><li>
Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Experience supporting DHCP and DNS operations, design and implementation utilizing BlueCat or a similar system.</li><li>
Working knowledge of VPNs, including remote access.</li><li>
Proficient with monitoring and logging tools for access management and troubleshooting using such tools as Syslog, ACS, Netflow, Solarwinds and protocol analyzers.</li><li>
Experience with ITSM functionalities such as change control, CMDB and ticket system.</li><li>
Understanding disaster recovery, design, implementation, and testing.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and within a team environment to ensure performance, reliability and security in a dynamic 24x7x365 production network environment.</li><li>
Written and interpersonal skills needed to communicate successfully with individuals and groups and interact with people at all levels to communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and understandable manner.</li><li>
Experience with platforms such as Palo Alto, F5, Juniper and Aruba.</li><li>

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving customer experience performance across various channels. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and uphold best practices that ensure a consistently high-quality experience at every customer touchpoint. This role manages and leads small to medium-sized projects aimed at strengthening the quality program and driving improvements. Additionally, this role supports business reporting and analysis to uncover trends and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. POSITION PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Quality monitoring and evaluation. Reviewing and assessing customer interactions (calls, e-mails, chats) for adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures. Use scorecards and evaluation tools to measure agent performance and identify trends.</li></ul><ul><li>
Feedback and coaching support. Provide detailed, constructive feedback to agents and team leaders. Collaborate with training and customer experience teams to address performance gaps and reinforce best practices.</li><li>
