Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote new banking services.</p>

Calculates daily transactions using appropriate technology.</p>

Communicates effectively with branch management and branch personnel.</p>

Manages difficult customer situations and responds promptly and appropriately.</p>

Ensure adherence to Teller cash limits.</p>
<p>
Provides a complete range of customer services including opening new personal and business deposit accounts and enrolling customers in ancillary products and services including CD&rsquo;s, IRA&rsquo;s, safe deposit boxes, etc.</p>
<p>
Identifies customer needs and recommends specific products and services to satisfy those needs.</p>
<p>
Answers customers&rsquo; routine questions and refers complex inquiries to management.</p>
<p>
Performs account research and troubleshoots problems as requested.</p>
<p>
Provides support by performing clerical duties such as answering phone, maintaining accurate files, faxing and copying.</p>
<p>
Ensures confidentiality and compliance with all bank procedures, regulatory standards, and operational security guidelines.</p>
<p>
Ensures adherence to all bank policies, including but not limited to BSA, dress codes, etc.</p>
<p>
Assists loan officers as needed.</p>
<p>

Experience</b></h4>
