<li>Maintains a work area that ensures the safety of all negotiables and confidential records.</li>
<li>Communicates effectively with branch management and branch personnel.</li>
<li>Manages difficult customer situations and responds promptly and appropriately.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to Teller cash limits.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to all bank policies, including but not limited to BSA, dress codes, etc.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>
