 Roles and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Project Managers plan, execute, and control a project or set of related projects adhering to the Shell Project Delivery Framework (PDF) methodology and other standards at a scale of up to $2M, and with up to 20 team members, with the objective to meet identified business requirements and deliver business value, through acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, risk, quality and benefits. This requires: Program and project delivery skills in both agile and waterfall methodologies including effective Change Control, Risk Management and Reporting, setting up and executing Project Governance, and managing Programme Leadership and the wider Project Natural team. Professional skills, such as leadership (by building and leveraging relationships with senior sponsors, the Programme Manager, and key stakeholders in particular those in the governance of the project), communication and resilience (both of oneself, and by motivating, leading and supporting the project or workstream team through periods of uncertainty, while managing pressure so that they can delivery successfully).
 
 
 
 
 
 Mandatory skills:
 
 
 
 PM certification. Waterfall &amp; Agile, Cloud, Governance, Project management, Scoping &amp; budgeting, planning &amp; Tracking, basic skills in Azure DevOps for backlog tracking &amp; management, assurance &amp; compliance, Risk Assessment &amp; Management, Stakeholder Management, Financial skills, Presentation skills, Domain knowledge.
 
 
 
 
 
 Optional skills:
 
 
 
 Degree. 10+ years in IT with 5+ years delivering progressively larger and more complex projects up to $2m, teams up to 20. Communication and resilience. Storytelling, Entrepreneurial skills. Knowledge of Trading including Compliance &amp; Risk. Experience of doing technical integration activities including Analytics &amp; Reporting applications on the MS Azure platform.
