<div>POSTION SUMMARY
The Client Service Representative I is an entry level retail employee responsible for maintaining an accurate record of a cash drawer and understanding the basic functions of the banking center and customer service. Duties and responsibilities include the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Regular onsite attendance</li><li>
Flexible to work at other locations as needed</li><li>
Ability to work well with others in a team environment</li><li>
Provides accurate, efficient and exceptional customer service to internal and external customers</li><li>
Maintains knowledge of bank regulations, security and compliance responsibilities, products, policies, procedures and meets deadlines</li><li>
Satisfactorily completes all training required for the position</li></ul>
Profitability - The Client Service Representative I assists in the branch initiatives impacting the banking center&rsquo;s profitability.
<ul><li>Teller Window- Accountable for accuracy with cash, checks and customer transactions. Maintains a neat and orderly work area.</li><li>
Operations- Follows confidentiality guidelines and understands basic bank procedures.</li><li>
Sales- Accountable for own referrals.
</li><li>Products- Has a basic understanding of Andover Bank products and services.
</li><li>Goals- Achieves referral goals following Introductory period and helps with branch goals.</li><li>
Knowledge- Passes assigned tests and courses.</li></ul>
Customer Service<ul><li>
Fully understands Andover Bank&rsquo;s service standards and must meet or exceed them.</li></ul>
Career Path
At a minimum, a Client Service Representative I should strive to understand and master the following to be considered for a Client Service Representative II in a 9-12 month time frame. The following are recommendations and may not include all considerations required.

Basic customer account maintenance</li><li>
Assist with ATM</li><li>
Order checks</li><li>
Branch end of day procedures</li><li>
Satisfactory balancing records</li><li>
Meets or exceeds service standards</li><li>
Minimal to no errors on customer transactions</li><li>
Efficient customer transactions</li><li>
Contributes to the overall team goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Six months related sales or banking experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer skills and operate computer programs. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
