<b>POSITION SUMMARY</b><br>

The Facility Manager will be responsible to oversee all building related activities. Preserving the good condition of AIKG infrastructure and ensuring the facility is safe and functioning well. The Facility Manager is responsible to oversee the utility personnel as well as interact with the kart mechanics team. The Facility Manager must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with management, staff and vendors. The Facility Manager must also act as a leader in the development and motivation of staff while creating an environment that encourages ownership and accountability. The site Facility Manager is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.<br>

<b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead team members with integrity and purpose</li>
<li>Always support the Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Motto &ldquo;Striving for Perfection; Achieving Excellence&rdquo;</li>
<li>Manage and execute painting and patching projects</li>
<li>Manage and execute basic plumbing and electrical projects</li>
<li>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety guidelines</li>
<li>Perform building analysis and forecasting</li>
<li>Determine structural needs by inspecting different aspects of the building weekly</li>
<li>Supervise the design and upkeep of the facilities grounds and landscaping</li>
<li>Log and track all inspection dates and any maintenance completed on equipment in the building</li>
<li>Coordinate intra-office moves</li>
<li>Check completed work performed by outside vendors and contractors</li>
<li>Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures</li>
<li>Advise on and monitor energy efficiency efforts</li>
<li>Coordinate and develop key performance goals for functions and direct reports.</li>
<li>Work closely with general managers to oversee all aspects of site operations of entire facility, including staffing, training, employee relations, repair and maintenance, and organization</li>
<li>Ensures site reviews are within acceptable standards</li>
<li>Continuously promote safety and sanitation throughout the facility</li>
<li>Ensures the highest level of quality and standards<br>

<li><b>Facility Manager Qualifications</b></li>
</ul><div><b>Required:</b></div>
<ul><li>Eligible to work in the United States</li>
<li>At least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Fundamental skills in painting and patching</li>
<li>An understanding of the fundamentals of plumbing and electrical projects</li>
<li>Strong written &amp; verbal communication skills</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday</li>
<li>Work varying days, nights, holidays and weekends</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred and great to have:</b></div>
<ul><li>Two years of Facility Management experience in high volume environment.</li>
<li>Proven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff and management</li>
<li>Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holiday.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of computer systems and Microsoft programs.</li>
<li>Ability to manage and work within a team-orientated business</li>
<li>Financial analysis and assessment skills</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal skills</li>
<li>Organizational skills</li>
<li>Working knowledge of cost controls</li>
<li>Strong training and development background</li>
