<b>Summary of the Marketing Specialist position:</b><br>
<br>
A high octane, positive thinking, organized salaried leader to support the Marketing department with its primary event and administrative duties. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the larger Andretti campaigns as well as developing local store Marketing, Fundraising, and Strategic Initiatives in their unit.<br>
<br>
The Marketing Specialist is a critical part of the team and drives the organizational, scheduling, and administrative elements of their locations campaign. The work an AIKG Marketing Specialists performs is a critical factor in the company's success and ability to attain goals of location specific brand reputation, traffic driving and sales building, as well as the long-term growth of Andretti as a Company.<br>

<b>This is an hourly position with opportunities to continuously develop as the Andretti team grows.</b><br>

</b><br>
<b>Some of the overall responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Assist in the hiring, development, and Maintaining of a strong and vibrant Andretti Ambassadors Team</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver promotional Presentation&rsquo;s prior to event dates</li>
<li>Communicate directly with Guests and encourage trusting relationships</li>
<li>Develop marketing literature (brochures, press release content, etc.) to rally the Company&rsquo;s presence in the local Market</li>
<li>Compose online content and follow approved posting procedures to social media</li>
<li>Organize, schedule and execute local promotional events</li>
<li>Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial data, communicate weekly</li>
<li>Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather and communicate important unit and brand health data</li>
<li>Conduct Market research and analyze consumer ratings reports and questionnaires</li>
<li>Support marketing executives in organizing various projects</li>
<li>Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department&rsquo;s activities. Communicate daily, weekly and monthly schedules, analytics and upcoming events</li>

<ul><li>Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures</li>
<li>Experience with and knowledge of Marketing concepts and initiatives</li>
<li>Strong written &amp; verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Flexible work schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the United States</li>
<li>At least 18 years of age</li>
</ul><div><b>Some &lsquo;Great to Have&rsquo; Qualifications and Experience would be:</b></div>
<ul><li>Two years of Marketing experience in Hospitality or a Family Entertainment Center environment</li>
<li>Experience supporting or managing brand reputation and health</li>
<li>A degree in Marketing or related field</li>
<li>An interest in and familiarity with virtual reality, arcade games and motorsports</li>
<li>Proven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff</li>

<li>Be able to work in an environment that may include bright, dim or flashing lights with varying volume levels</li>
<li>The ability to use manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment</li>
