<b>POSITION SUMMARY</b><br>
<br>
An Andretti Bartender is a part-time role with the potential for earning tips. Bartenders are responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.<br>

<b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul><li>Greet Guest and takes orders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding Guests expectations.</li>
<li>Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks. Pour wine and beer quickly, accurately, and without waste.</li>
<li>Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards.</li>
<li>Collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operate the Point-of-Sale system with ease.</li>
<li>Count cash drawer at the beginning of the shift for accuracy and ensure adequate amount of change is present.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized work area and proactively cleans and resets tables.</li>
<li>Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies, display bottles in an aesthetically pleasing manner.</li>
<li>Properly dispose of broken glassware.</li>
<li>Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations.</li>
<li>Sufficiently handle and accurately count money.</li>
<li>Check identification of any guest consuming alcohol.</li>
<li>Follow all state and company guidelines regarding beverage services.</li>
<li>Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.</li>
<li>Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.</li>
<li>Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.</li>

<li>The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.</li>
