Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to join our team, specializing in developing other sales representatives and future leaders. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Implement training programs tailored for other sales representatives, focusing on foundational sales skills and leadership potential.</li><li>
Conduct interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, to ensure participants gain practical experience and confidence.</li><li>
Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to help representatives set and achieve their career goals.</li><li>
Identify high-potential individuals and support their development into future leaders through targeted coaching and development plans.</li><li>
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and enthusiasm.</li><li>
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the training experience of others.</li><li>
Learn our company's products/services, sales processes, and CRM software.</li><li>
Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.</li><li>
Working out in the field in B2B style sales building your own book of business</li><li>
Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills.</li><li>
Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.</li><li>
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Participate in sales meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and motivate team members.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Enthusiasm for working with other professionals and developing future leaders.</li><li>
Strong background in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Experience in mentoring or coaching, with a passion for helping others succeed.</li><li>
Positive, energetic attitude and a commitment to professional growth.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training tools.</li><li>
Experience using sales-related software is beneficial (CRM)</li><li>
Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain your license, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
Must be a good communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial</li><li>
