Brief Description</b></p>

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Human Resources team and contributing to the overall employee experience. From managing records to assisting with recruitment and HR initiatives, the HR Coordinator ensures smooth and efficient operations across a range of HR functions.</p><br>

Key Responsibilities

APPLICATION SALES ENGINEER (ASE) PMC/ROLLS - SUMMARY OF POSITION</b></p>
<p>
Reporting to the US Southwest Sales Manager, this position is responsible for providing technical sales to area customers in order to identify, communicate, and pursue sales opportunities of Andritz Fabrics and Rolls products.</p><br>

<p><b>
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develops relationships with paper mill customer base to identify Andritz sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Conducts paper machine audits and service calls to assist customers with innovated sales applications.</li>
<li>Ensures customer needs are clearly defined and addressed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Conducts paper machine optimization, shutdown inspections, and prepares onsite reports.</li>
<li>Optimize operating efficiencies for customers utilizing proprietary modeling software programs.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots customer problems and provides and/or helps implement appropriate solutions.</li>
<li>Mitigates warranty exposure through early detection and prevention of potential problems.</li>
<li>Assists paper mills to set up proper records and complete value results platforms.</li>
<li>Helps the local team build and maintain comprehensive databases on customer paper machine clothing roll cover, bowed roll and mechanical specifications, installation and product life information.</li>
<li>Conducts &ldquo;Rezolve - press optimization studies&rdquo; of area paper machines to enhance paper machine productivity and increase Andritz sales.</li>
<li>Searches out and recommends new machine clothing, roll cover, and bowed roll applications.</li>
<li>Communicates field activity, including sales opportunities, inter-company items, and competitive issues to the appropriate Regional Sales Manager.</li>
<li>Prepares monthly summary to the Regional Sales Manager outlining highlights of the previous month, a forecast of the requirements of the following month, areas of opportunity in the field, plant issues, and competitive issues/gossip.</li>
<li>Manages an expense budget to maintain and grow business.</li></ul><br>

JOB REQUIREMENTS</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree preferred in Engineering or Business and/or extensive maintenance, production or sales experience within the paper or other related applicable industry.</li>
<li>Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven relationship builder, paper mill aptitude, and a strong entrepreneurial drive.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills including solid understanding of Word, Excel and general database management.</li>
<li>Some travel required within the assigned region.</li>

</div><p>As part of Turbine engineering team, exposure will not only be in Turbines but entire hydro-power plant machinery including generators, governors, excitation, protection and control systems, mechanical balance of plant, electrical power systems, penstocks and gates.</p>
<p>
Working in Turbine engineering team also involves understanding of various manufacturing processes (welding, machining, coating, casting, forging etc.) and knowledge of variety of materials that are required for turbine construction. Exposure to vast knowledge data base of engineering guidelines, procedures, design instructions and library of international &amp; national standards will also be part of the work profile.</p>
<p>
The job also requires international exposure in form of customer interactions as our projects are located globally and/or on-job work/reviews at parent company location at Europe.</p><p>
