<div><div><b>Supplier Tooling Engineer</b></div>
<div></div><div>Primary Job Responsibilities:</div>
<div><ul><li>Delivery timing as established during the sourcing process and program requirements.</li>
<li>Supplier issues resolution, communication to Android/Avancez stakeholders.</li>
<li>Engineering changes &ndash; implementation.</li>
<li>Investigating, analyzing and correcting problems in quality, production and control at a supplier location.</li>
<li>Perform audits and implement new strategies.</li>
<li>Supplier compliance to Android/Avancez SOR requirements/specifications.</li>
<li>Communicate with vendors regularly to address any concerns and foster an environment that facilitates continual improvement in working relationships.</li>
<li>Understand and interpret all manufacturing audits, including ISO 9001 and other industry standards.</li>
<li>Maintain a supplier database and include performance evaluations and quality control audits in the database for in-house access by company and manufacturing management personnel.</li>
<li>Assist with logistics, including communications with vendors when there are packaging and receiving issues when materials arrive at receiving dock.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div>Education and Experience:</div>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or other with Tooling, Manufacturing experience.</li>
<li>3+ years&rsquo; experience working in Engineering, SQE/SQA, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Assembly Tooling, Machining role.</li>
</ul><div>Travel:</div>
<div><ul><li>Travel Required: Yes &ndash; 50% to 60% of the time.</li>
</ul><div>Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, PFMEA, Six Sigma.</li>
<li>Technical knowledge to discuss assembly process capabilities.</li>
<li>High level of analytical ability and problem-solving skills where problems are unusual and difficult.</li>
<li>High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with all team members &ndash; manufacturing, engineering, executive leadership, customers, suppliers, etc.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including Project.</li>

Supplier Tooling Engineer

<div>We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at our Auburn Hills location, starting immediately.</div><br>
<div><b>Primary Job Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Data audits and clean up</li>
<li>Track and communicate status of assigned tasks and projects</li>
<li>Create HR Team Calendar of of all scheduled tasks/projects in a year</li>
<li>Work with managers of various levels to develop job descriptions for the standardized position titles within the company</li>
<li>Analyze HR data</li>
<li>HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) related duties</li>
<li>Participate in Company's communications team</li>
<li>Assist with staffing/hiring process using ATS (Ceridian Dayforce)</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs</li>
<li>Provide support in various Human Resources functional areas to plant locations</li>
<li>Assist on miscellaneous HR tasks</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>Must be self-motivated and able to work independently</li>
<li>Effective interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills</li>
<li>Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Must be able to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines</li>
<li>Expected workload: 40 hours per week, willing to be flexible around school schedule/availability of qualified candidate</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Qualifications and Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university</li>
<li>Minimum of one year or equivalent in an accredited college pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field</li>
<li>Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale</li>
<li>Experience using technology and teaching others how to use technology</li>
<li>Previous work experience preferred</li>
<li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite</li>
