The Senior BOM Sourcing Engineer (internally known at Anduril as Senior Product Sourcing Engineer) drives the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril's product hardware across their lifecycles, by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functionally, including folks in engineering, quality, and manufacturing.</div>
</div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>WHAT YOU'LL DO</b></h4>
<ul><li>Conduct supplier selection for a specific product, leveraging our approved supplier list</li>
<li>Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via activities such as:
<ul><li>Concept scoping to quickly solidify requirements</li>
<li>Feature trade-off / trade tables</li>
<li>Should cost / Clean sheet models</li>
<li>Joint design development, via clear statements of work</li>
<li>Simulation of mechanical &amp; electronics designs</li>
</ul></li><li>Drive the development and consolidation of a manufacturing BOM, working with Quality &amp; Manufacturing, to ramp production internally and with our suppliers with high flexibility</li>
<li>Manage the CAPEX throughout NPI</li>
<li>Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility</li>
<li>Complete the BOM risk assessment, include alternate component sourcing, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure completion of all component qualifications, ahead of production</li>
<li>Reduce complexity: commonality optimization &amp; component/supplier rationalization</li>
<li>Lead all cost engineering activities to converge the bottoms-up cost curve to product cost, maximizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) across the product lifecycle</li>
<li>Manage ad-hoc cost issues e.g., tariffs / import export cost, and cost inflation</li>
</ul></div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></h4>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical field</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices</li>
<li>Domain expertise of value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at the component &amp; product level</li>
<li>Ability to travel 10% - 40% of the time, variable based on program needs</li>
<li>Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA</li>

ABOUT THE JOB</b></p>
<p>
We&rsquo;re hiring a <b>Data Analyst, Corporate Operations</b> to support and scale Anduril&rsquo;s corporate planning and operating cadence through high-quality analytics, visualization, and quantitative analysis. In this role, you will translate planning and operational questions into metrics, dashboards, and analyses that inform decision-making. You will be responsible not only for producing rigorous analytical work, but also for ensuring the analytics products you build are reliable, well understood, and continuously improving based on how they are used. This role is ideal for an early-career analyst who is technically strong, thoughtful about system design, and motivated to improve how data is used across the organization.</p><p><br>

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools that track performance against plan and surface relevant risks, to be used in recurring planning and operating reviews</li>
<li>Iterate on dashboards and analytical tools by incorporating feedback from users and evolving requirements as planning processes mature.</li>
<li>Perform quantitative analyses including forecasting, trend analysis, scenario modeling, variance analysis, and root-cause investigations.</li>
<li>Partner with data engineering and platform teams to define data requirements, validate data quality, and ensure analytical outputs are accurate and trusted.</li>
<li>Document assumptions, definitions, and methodologies to ensure metrics are understood and applied consistently across the organization.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></h4>
<ul><li>1&ndash;2+ years of professional experience in an analytics-focused role (Data Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or similar).</li>
<li>Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Math) or equivalent practical experience</li>
<li>Strong foundation in advanced analytics; ability to write Python, R, SQL, or other analytic languages</li>
<li>Experience building business-facing dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Palantir Foundry, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving outcomes</li>
