We are looking for a 3D Animator &amp; Rigging Artist to work on games and CGI videos.Experience: 1&ndash;3 years (Experienced candidates only)Responsibilities<ul><li>High-quality character, creature, prop &amp; environment animation for mobile games and CGI videos.</li><li>Create clean, production-ready rigs with proper deformation and controllers.</li><li>Work with Rokoko Motion Capture data &mdash; cleaning, retargeting &amp; enhancing performances.</li><li>Collaborate with art, dev &amp; design teams to maintain consistent visual style.</li><li>Optimize animation assets for Unity/Unreal workflows.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Maya / Blender (preferred), or 3ds Max.</li><li>Solid understanding of rigging fundamentals, deformation, and controller setups.</li><li>Strong grasp of animation principles (timing, weight, arcs, posing, body mechanics).</li><li>Experience working with Rokoko mocap (or willingness + strong interest to learn fast).</li><li>Experience in mobile game pipelines is a major plus.</li><li>Good understanding of Unity or Unreal Engine.</li><li>Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving.</li></ul>Bonus (Good to Have)<ul><li>Experience with facial animation or stylized animation.</li><li>Knowledge of retargeting workflows and animation cleanup.</li><li>Understanding of export pipelines (FBX, materials, LODs).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
