The role involves developing and implementing AI-driven applications, designing and deploying neural network models, and working on natural language processing projects.Requirements:1. AI Frameworks &amp; Tooling<ul><li>Vercel AI SDK: Build streaming chat interfaces and handle structured data in Next.js.</li></ul><ul><li>LangChain / LangGraph: Orchestrate complex chains and stateful agentic workflows (loops/human-in-the-loop).</li></ul><ul><li>MCP (Model Context Protocol): Connect LLMs to local/remote tools, files, and databases using standardized servers.</li></ul><ul><li>Modern RAG: Implement chunking, embeddings, and retrieval using Vector DBs (Pinecone, Supabase, or Chroma).</li></ul>2. Memory &amp; Context Management<ul><li>Conversation State: Use Checkpointers (SQL/Redis) to persist chat history across user sessions.</li></ul><ul><li>Context Window Optimization: Efficiently trim or summarize long conversations to stay within token limits.</li></ul><ul><li>Long-term Memory: Store and retrieve user-specific preferences or past interactions via semantic search.</li></ul>3. Technical Core<ul><li>Programming: Proficiency in TypeScript (frontend/SDKs) and Python (AI logic/data).</li></ul><ul><li>Tool Calling: Ability to define and handle function/tool calls using JSON schemas or Zod.</li></ul><ul><li>Structured Output: Force LLMs to return reliable, machine-readable data for app integration.</li></ul><ul><li>Tracing &amp; Evals: Use tools like LangSmith to debug agent steps and measure response quality.</li></ul>4. Junior Operational Skills<ul><li>Cost Management: Awareness of token pricing and prompt optimization.</li></ul><ul><li>Rapid Prototyping: Ability to quickly wire up an LLM to a new data source or API.</li></ul><ul><li>Clean Documentation: Writing clear specs for system prompts and tool descriptions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 6 Months of Experience.</li><li>Foundational knowledge in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)</li><li>Strong understanding of Computer Science principles and concepts</li><li>Proficiency in Software Development, including programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Typescript)</li><li>Ability to learn and apply Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques effectively</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team</li><li>Bachelor's degree in, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Wah Cantonment: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>artificial engineering: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Wah Cantonment (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
