Position Summary: 
The TMS Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services within a mental health or neurology practice. This role ensures high-quality patient care, staff coordination, and procedural compliance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
 
Essential Job Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Successful completion of TMS Certification (training and certification provided during the initial period of employment).</li>
<li>Works under the supervision of Lead Patient Care Coordinator.</li>
<li>Treating patients with our TMS system who are suffering from mental illness.</li>
<li>Must be flexible and willing to travel to different offices if needed.</li>
<li>Ability to work unattended with the patient in the office.</li>
<li>Record/Audit patient encounter notes in the electronic health record (EHR), including diagnosis, medical history, medications, and treatment plan in the system.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental-health setting required.</li>
<li>Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day TMS Technicians operations.</li>
<li>Provides leadership, support, and guidance to facility management.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.</li>
<li>Works closely with the Lead CC on call-out coordination and response management.</li>
<li>Provides informal feedback on an ongoing basis.</li>
<li>Dealing with complexity, analyzing information, and implementing company vision.</li>
<li>Ensures and promotes the development through coaching and training.</li>
<li>Ensures a strong communication process between all managers and staff.</li>
<li>Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training.</li>
<li>Helps create and implement corporate TMS presentation for quarterly meetings.</li>
<li>Attend and helps facilitate weekly meetings with the TMS Technicians.</li>
<li>Manages and reduces appointment gaps when possible.</li>
<li>Reaches out to patients that are not consistent with attending appointments.</li>
<li>Directly follows up with current and past patients.</li>
<li>Travelling is required in all seven offices.</li>

Knowledge, Education, & Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Leadership and training experience skills 3 years minimum</li>
<li>Associates or bachelor’s degrees are strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills 3 years minimum.</li>
<li>Direct patient care experience 3 year minimum.</li>
<li>Previous TMS experience required.</li>
<li>Mental health experience required.</li>

<li>Potential exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and hazardous materials, requiring adherence to safety and PPE protocols.</li>
</ul>
