Position Summary: 
This position offers an opportunity to provide excellent patient care and customer service with a breakthrough treatment modality for the treatment of depression. As a TMS Technician you will administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of a treating physician. In addition to managing clinical services, you will interact regularly with patients with a focus on customer service and administrative support. Looking for a candidate with great interpersonal skills, empathy, and a team player.
 
Essential Job Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with providers, admissions, and practice administrator to assure patient scheduling and care delivery is completed timely and effectively</li>
<li>Address any patient’s medical conditions or symptoms</li>
<li>Responsible for operating a medical/mechanical device</li>
<li>Support office with daily operations of the facility to include knowledge of all aspects of behavioral health services</li>
<li>Check in or check-out patients, verifies demographics with each clinic visit</li>
<li>Verify/collect payments for all patient check-in</li>
<li>Answers telephones on a timely basis and takes messages/schedules appointments as necessary</li>
<li>Explain and administer patient treatment procedures</li>
<li>Utilize patient scheduling software</li>
<li>Monitor a patient for medical symptoms</li>
<li>Provide medical intervention in an emergency situation</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Education, & Experience: 
<ul>
<li>HS Diploma Required</li>
<li>Familiarity with clinical scheduling and insurance principles</li>
<li>One or more years of related experience in a healthcare setting, preferred</li>
