Job Details
The Filling Pharmacy Technician will work along the conveyor to ensure prescription add-ons are processed accurately and efficiently. They will also support inventory activities. As well, this individual will ensure orders are packaged properly to be shipped out to patients.

Filling Technician (Third Shift)

Pharmacy Technicians in our Patient Engagement Center of Excellence may hold multiple duties to ensure ExactCare&rsquo;s patients receive quality care out of their pharmacy services. They will work in a call center environment, spending their time speaking with patients, doctors and facilities on the phone.
Job duties and responsibilities will vary from fielding inbound phone calls, outbound phone work and navigating multiple pharmacy software systems to supporting the various stages of patient care/contact. These areas of responsibility will fluctuate based on organizational needs, allowing the Pharmacy Technician to develop multiple skillsets.

Financial Analyst

Under the direction of the Director, Enrollment &amp; Reconciliation, the pharmacy technician is responsible for the duties of maintaining enrollment and reconciliation of medications.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform comprehensive medication reconciliation by reviewing and comparing patient medication profiles between the Eirene platform and each client&rsquo;s Electronic Health Record (EHR). Identify and resolve discrepancies, including duplications, omissions, or dosing inconsistencies, to ensure accurate and up-to-date medication records. Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to validate changes and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>
Maintain and update participant photo records for Medication Administration Cycle (MAC) programs within all CK Labs systems. Ensure photos are current, correctly labeled, and securely stored to support accurate patient identification and safe medication dispensing practices. Coordinate with internal teams and client sites to obtain updated images when necessary.</li><li>
Generate and distribute monthly MARs based on client-specific requests and schedules. Ensure all records reflect the most current medication orders, including recent changes, discontinuations, and new prescriptions. Verify accuracy prior to distribution and coordinate delivery (electronic or physical) in alignment with client preferences and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Conduct detailed reconciliation of Schedule II controlled substances by reviewing dispensing records, inventory logs, and prescription data. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accordance with DEA regulations and internal compliance policies. Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness through consistent tracking and reporting.</li><li>
Oversee and maintain the Long-Term Care (LTC) dashboard within the Eirene system. Ensure all data points, metrics, and statuses are accurate and updated in real time. Utilize the dashboard to monitor workflow, track key performance indicators, and support operational decision-making.</li><li>
Provide regular and ad hoc status updates to clients as requested. This includes tracking ongoing tasks, reporting progress, highlighting issues, and communicating resolutions. Ensure all communications are timely, clear, and aligned with client expectations and service level agreements.</li><li>
Participate in and support urgent or high-priority projects as they arise. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and organizational goals. Pharmacy Technicians in our Patient Care Center of Excellence may hold multiple duties to ensure ExactCare&rsquo;s patients receive quality care out of their pharmacy services. They will work in a closed-door pharmacy environment, spending their time speaking with patients, doctors and facilities on the phone in addition to the outline job duties and responsibilities.
Job duties will vary from phone work and navigating multiple pharmacy software systems to supporting the various stages of patient care/contact. These areas of responsibility will fluctuate based on organizational needs, allowing the Pharmacy Technician to develop multiple skillsets.
This is an office (or remote) based, cubicle environment, allowing the Pharmacy Technician to provide an exceptional patient experience. ExactCare Pharmacy provides a fast-paced, high energy environment, allowing Pharmacy Technicians to excel in many areas with a focus on phone based pharmacy work.
Responsibilities<ul><li>

Utilizing sound drug knowledge to effectively receive prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers.</li><li>
Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties such as prior authorizations, billing and eligibility checks. Requiring outbound calls to patients.</li><li>
Working through current case queues to problem solve for patient care issues.</li><li>
Serving as a liaison between the clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on patient&rsquo;s behalf.</li><li>
Partner with technicians and pharmacists to ensure that new patients are successfully on-boarded to ExactCare.</li><li>
Maintaining patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.</li><li>
Accurate retrieval of all prescription information and verifying through doctor calls.</li><li>
