Job Details
The ATP Pharmacy Technician is responsible for monitoring, filling and organizing the medication dispensing of our automated machines. They will also support inventory activities. As well, this person will be held to a high standard of accountability to guarantee the accuracy of the patient&rsquo;s ExactPacks.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Process correct bags through the automated machines.</li><li>
Maintain a high level of quality assurance for medication dispensing.</li><li>
Responsible for stocking received pharmacy inventory.</li><li>

Pharmacy Technicians in our Patient Engagement Center of Excellence may hold multiple duties to ensure ExactCare&rsquo;s patients receive quality care out of their pharmacy services. They will work in a call center environment, spending their time speaking with patients, doctors and facilities on the phone.
Job duties and responsibilities will vary from fielding inbound phone calls, outbound phone work and navigating multiple pharmacy software systems to supporting the various stages of patient care/contact. Job Details
The Financial Analyst will develop revenue/expense analyses, reports, and financial presentations. They will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. They will also maintain that financial information is recorded accurately. The Analyst will have strong technical skills to work independently but also possess the ability to work collaboratively with other Centers of Excellence. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will present findings and recommendations to senior leadership/executive management.

Job Details
Under the direction of the Director, Enrollment &amp; Reconciliation, the pharmacy technician is responsible for the duties of maintaining enrollment and reconciliation of medications.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform comprehensive medication reconciliation by reviewing and comparing patient medication profiles between the Eirene platform and each client&rsquo;s Electronic Health Record (EHR). Identify and resolve discrepancies, including duplications, omissions, or dosing inconsistencies, to ensure accurate and up-to-date medication records. Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to validate changes and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>
Maintain and update participant photo records for Medication Administration Cycle (MAC) programs within all CK Labs systems. Ensure photos are current, correctly labeled, and securely stored to support accurate patient identification and safe medication dispensing practices. Coordinate with internal teams and client sites to obtain updated images when necessary.</li><li>
Generate and distribute monthly MARs based on client-specific requests and schedules. Ensure all records reflect the most current medication orders, including recent changes, discontinuations, and new prescriptions. Verify accuracy prior to distribution and coordinate delivery (electronic or physical) in alignment with client preferences and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Conduct detailed reconciliation of Schedule II controlled substances by reviewing dispensing records, inventory logs, and prescription data. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accordance with DEA regulations and internal compliance policies. Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness through consistent tracking and reporting.</li><li>
Oversee and maintain the Long-Term Care (LTC) dashboard within the Eirene system. Ensure all data points, metrics, and statuses are accurate and updated in real time. Utilize the dashboard to monitor workflow, track key performance indicators, and support operational decision-making.</li><li>
Provide regular and ad hoc status updates to clients as requested. This includes tracking ongoing tasks, reporting progress, highlighting issues, and communicating resolutions. Ensure all communications are timely, clear, and aligned with client expectations and service level agreements.</li><li>
Participate in and support urgent or high-priority projects as they arise. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and organizational goals. Maintain flexibility while ensuring core responsibilities continue to be met.</li></ul>
