Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible to:
<ul>
<li>Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
</li>
<li>Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
</li>
<li>Collect and document data on client progress.
</li>
<li>Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.</li> 
</ul>
 
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Compensation and Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Shifts: Full time, Part time, Flexible
</li>
<li>Hours: 10 &ndash; 40 hours per week
</li>
</ul>Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Skills and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Current BCaBA Certification Letter
</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (or higher education) or 2 years of experience delivering ABA services
</li>
<li>Experience providing BHT services or completion of required additional training
</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
