Job Summary:We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Jr. KG Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 3&ndash;4 years, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.---Key Responsibilities:Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons for junior kindergarten children.Encourage learning through play, stories, activities, and creative projects.Monitor and assess children&rsquo;s progress and development.Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about children&rsquo;s development, behavior, and achievements.Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a holistic learning experience.Participate in school events, celebrations, and professional development programs.---Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:Education: Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or relevant teaching qualification.Experience: Minimum 1 year teaching experience with pre-primary or junior kindergarten children preferred.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Creative and innovative in lesson planning and classroom activities.Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young children.Ability to manage a classroom effectively.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
