FULL-TIME MUST LIVE NEAR NORTH SIDE OF INDIANAPOLISWe are looking for cleaning technicians that have experience with commercial cleaning for commercial properties to carry out general janitorial cleaning duties. Our goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and sanitized condition. Position is located on north west side of Indianapolis (evening/night shift, 35 hours per week).Responsibilities<ul><li>Clean and supply designated building areas (general janitorial cleaning, trash removal, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, floor care, etc)</li><li>Run floor machine</li><li>Notify management of occurring deficiencies</li><li>Maintain supply rooms</li><li>Cooperate with the rest of the staff</li><li>Follow all health and safety regulations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven working experience as a janitor</li><li>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies</li><li>Integrity and ability to work independently</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Must pass background check</li><li>Work permit required if not a citizen</li><li>High school degree</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Janitorial: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li><li>Overnight Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
