<p>
As a <b>Camp Counselor for ages 4&ndash;6</b>, you will help create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where young campers are introduced to baseball and softball through <b>age-appropriate games and activities</b>.</p>
<p>
No advanced sports experience is required&mdash;we provide all <b>training, equipment, and curriculum</b>.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Supervise and engage campers ages <b>4&ndash;6 in small group settings</b></li><li>
Lead <b>age-appropriate games, activities, and beginner sports instruction</b></li><li>
Ensure a <b>safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment</b></li><li>
Support camper social development, teamwork, and confidence</li><li>
Manage transitions, routines, and group behavior</li><li>
Communicate positively with campers, parents, and staff</li><li>
Collaborate with Site Director and fellow counselors</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Experience as a <b>preschool teacher, daycare teacher, or early childhood educator</b> preferred</li><li>
Experience working with children ages 3&ndash;6 (required)</li><li>
Background in <b>early childhood education, child development, or teaching</b> is a plus</li><li>
Strong classroom management and communication skills</li><li>
Patient, energetic, and nurturing personality</li><li>
Reliable and dependable</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Schedule &amp; Commitment</b></h3>
<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday (~8-hour days)</li><li>
Summer camp season: <b>July &ndash; August 2026</b></li><li><b>
3&ndash;6 week commitment preferred</b></li></ul>

<ul><li>$16.90-22.00 (based on experience and qualifications)</li></ul>
