Key Responsibilities&#9679; Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to successfully launch and growthe PG Diploma in Online Teaching vertical.&#9679; Curriculum Development: Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of the curriculum,ensuring it aligns with industry standards and prepares educators for success in online teachingenvironments.&#9679; Team Management: Build and manage a team of content creators, instructional designers, andtechnical support staff to deliver exceptional educational content.&#9679; Partnership and Collaboration: Foster relationships with educational institutions, technologyproviders, and industry experts to enhance the program's offerings.&#9679; Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the higheststandards of online education are met.&#9679; Marketing and Enrollment: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and executestrategies for promoting the program and driving student enrollment.&#9679; Student Support: Ensure comprehensive support services are in place for students, includingacademic advising, technical support, and career counseling.&#9679; Performance Monitoring: Regularly review program performance, student feedback, and markettrends to make data-driven decisions and improvements.&#9679; Program Management: Oversee all aspects of program delivery, including course scheduling,student enrollment, academic advising, and quality assurance.&#9679; Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key performance indicators, analyze data, and generatereports to assess program success and identify areas for improvement.&#9679; Product Vision and Strategy: Define a compelling vision for the product and develop a strategicroadmap to achieve it. This includes aligning with company goals and understanding markettrends&#9679; Market and User Research: Deeply understand the target market, customer pain points, andcompetitive landscape.
