OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
<br><br>
Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance, working with leaders and subject matter experts to address learning needs and support organizational objectives.
<br><br>
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
<br><br>
Conduct training needs analyses and assess competencies to recommend learning interventions in consultation with stakeholders.
<br>Design and develop training materials and e-learning content using adult learning and instructional design principles.
<br>Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs, including onboarding, workshops, and coaching.
<br>Manage training schedules, enrolments, records, and reporting through the Learning Management System.
<br>Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and feedback and update materials to improve outcomes.
<br>Engage with department leaders to align training with business goals and support talent development.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Education & Qualification
<br><br>
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
<br>Professional certification in Training, Learning and Development, or Instructional Design is an advantage.
<br><br>
Experience
<br><br>
5 years of experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, or talent development.
<br>Experience facilitating training programs in corporate settings.
<br>Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
<br>Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
<br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

<li>Deliver structured training on Jumbo drilling operations (e.g., face drilling, pattern accuracy, hole alignment).</li>
<li>Train operators on safe equipment handling in compliance with mine safety standards and procedures.</li>

<li>Coach operators on drilling accuracy, penetration rates, and productivity optimization.</li>
<li>Ensure correct application of drill plans, mark-ups, and geological instructions.</li>

<li>Guide operators on basic troubleshooting and fault reporting.</li>
