To manage and coordinate operational HR inputs and processes, including workforce data, employee lifecycle activities, and people systems, ensuring accurate HR execution, reporting, and compliance. The role is critical in maintaining data integrity, supporting workforce planning, and delivering responsive HR services that meet the evolving needs of site operations.</div><br>

HR Operations &amp; Compliance</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all HR operational activities comply with relevant labour legislation and company policies.</li>
<li>Execute time-sensitive HR processes efficiently, including payroll inputs and reporting deadlines.</li>
<li>Manage employee grievances and investigations, ensuring proper documentation and procedural compliance.</li>
<li>Monitor time and attendance to ensure accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance.</li></ul><br>

HR Process Implementation &amp; Support</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Implement and manage core HR processes within operations, including performance management, succession planning, onboarding, and offboarding.</li>
<li>Drive and support the annual performance appraisal cycle to ensure performance clarity, accountability, and recognition.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement of talent management processes, including performance/potential management, workforce planning, and succession planning.</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance evaluations, and exit procedures.</li>
<li>Support regional and corporate HR initiatives, including Employer Value Proposition (EVP) programs.</li></ul><br>

Data Management &amp; Reporting</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Accurately capture and manage operational HR inputs, including workforce data, shift schedules, time controls, and employee records.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records reflecting employment status changes and organisational movements.</li>
<li>Ensure HR systems are regularly updated to reflect accurate employee and operational data.</li>
<li>Prepare and analyse HR KPIs and reports to support informed decision-making by operational and HR leadership.</li>
<li>Provide workforce data to support budgeting and resource planning processes.</li></ul><br>

Leadership Support &amp; Capability Development</b></div>

<li>Provide coaching and guidance to people leaders on performance management, disciplinary processes, and general HR matters.</li>
<li>Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends to identify root causes of turnover, coaching managers accordingly.</li>
<li>Support learning and development initiatives by identifying capability gaps and coordinating relevant training interventions.</li>
<li>Deliver and embed people capability projects at site level.</li></ul><br>

Engagement, Inclusion &amp; Wellbeing</b></div>

<li>Support the delivery and reporting of employee engagement surveys, ensuring accurate interpretation of feedback and action planning.</li>

Education &amp; Qualification</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.</li>
<li>Relevant professional HR qualification or equivalent experience is advantageous.</li></ul><br>

Experience</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; HR experience, with at least 2 years in an operations-based HR generalist role.</li>
<li>Demonstrated generalist experience across industrial relations, organizational development, training and development, remuneration and benefits, and staffing (recruitment, selection, placement).</li></ul><br>

Knowledge &amp; Skills</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and labour legislation.</li>
<li>Solid analytical and data management capability with experience in HR reporting.</li>

<li>Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.</li>
<li>Ability to engage effectively with employees and senior management.</li>
