Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage truck operations across multiple states in India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in transportation management, a thorough understanding of RTO rules and regulations, and expertise in documentation and compliance related to cargo movement.Key Responsibilities:Truck Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of truck fleets across various Indian states</li><li>Plan and monitor dispatch schedules, routes, and delivery timelines</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams for smooth cargo movement</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely preparation of transport documents including e-way bills, LR, challans, permits, and invoices</li><li>Maintain compliance with state-wise RTO norms and transport regulations</li><li>Handle documentation for inter-state cargo movement, including border checks and toll formalities</li></ul>Regulatory Knowledge<ul><li>Stay updated on RTO rules, vehicle fitness, insurance, pollution certificates, and other statutory requirements</li><li>Liaise with transport authorities for permits, renewals, and inspections</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Track vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and delivery performance</li><li>Prepare MIS reports on transport efficiency, cost control, and incident logs</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Driver Coordination<ul><li>Manage relationships with transport vendors and fleet owners</li><li>Monitor driver behavior, training, and grievance redressal</li></ul>Candidate Profile:&#9989; Minimum 3&ndash;7 years of experience in truck transportation operations&#9989; Strong knowledge of Indian transport laws and RTO regulations&#9989; Familiarity with logistics software and GPS tracking systems&#9989; Willingness to travel across states as required (rare)&#9989; Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills&#9989; Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ratnagiri, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Your current net take home salary</li><li>Do you have experience in Shipping Industry</li><li>Notice Period</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
