About the Role:We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and a passion for driving measurable results through paid campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram Ads), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.</li><li>Optimize campaigns to meet ROI, CPL, and CPA targets.</li><li>Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.</li><li>Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop ad creatives and landing pages.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve performance.</li><li>Manage ad budgets efficiently and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.</li><li>Excellent understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel metrics.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.</li><li>Strong copywriting and ad creative evaluation skills.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, retargeting, and email marketing automation is a plus.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.</li><li>Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is an advantage.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Cost per Lead (CPL)</li><li>Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)</li><li>Click-Through Rate (CTR) &amp; Conversion Rate (CVR)</li><li>Lead Quality &amp; Retention Metrics</li><li>Campaign ROI</li></ul>Salary Range:&#8377;18000 - 25000 per month (based on experience and performance)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
