 Key Responsibilities

 Explain products/services and address customer queries effectively

 Generate leads and convert them into sales

 Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer objections professionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with team leaders and managers
 </li>

 Prior experience in telemarketing and cold calling
