Animal Dermatology Clinic - Portland is seeking a Part-time Receptionist. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:<ul><li>

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (including but not limited to):<ul><li>

Ability to work in a team oriented environment</li><li>

Duties (including but not limited to):<ul><li>
Client service</li><li>
Answer phone calls</li><li>
Take accurate messages and book appointments</li><li>
Maintain charts and computer records</li><li>
Pharmacy and retail sales</li><li>
Marketing implementation</li><li>
Maintenance/ housekeeping</li><li>
Financial responsibilities</li></ul>
Education and Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)</li><li>
Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor&rsquo;s office is a plus</li><li>
Dependable attendance is required</li><li>
Must be able to lift 40 pounds</li><li>
The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day</li></ul>
