We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our digital presence, run high-impact campaigns, and grow our fanbase across platforms.Role OverviewAs a Social Media &amp; Content Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing engaging content, executing campaigns, building influencer collaborations, and analysing performance to drive growth across Anime India&rsquo;s digital ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord and Twitter (X).</li><li>Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, shorts, stories, and community updates.</li><li>Capture and edit in-house content, ensuring a high level of creativity and brand alignment.</li></ul>Campaign &amp; Community Management<ul><li>Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns to boost engagement, sales, and brand awareness.</li><li>Collaborate with influencers&mdash;from outreach to final payment&mdash;ensuring strong, long-term partnerships.</li><li>Engage with the anime community through interactive content, polls, contests, and collaborations.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Optimize content and campaigns using A/B testing and audience insights.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing with brand goals.</li><li>Coordinate with external partners for collaborations, sponsorships, and events.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in social media or digital marketing (preferably in fashion, pop culture, or entertainment).</li><li>Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and influencer marketing platforms.</li><li>Analytical mindset and comfort with interpreting campaign data.</li><li>Passion for anime, pop culture, and community-driven content is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to shape the voice of a fast-growing anime brand.</li><li>Creative freedom to experiment with new formats and ideas.</li><li>Exposure to influencer collaborations and community-driven campaigns.</li><li>A fun, passionate, and anime-loving work culture.</li></ul>If you think this matches your skills and passion, send us your CV and portfolio (if available) to vikas@animeindia.org with the subject &quot;Application &ndash; Social Media &amp; Content Manager&quot;.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
