 1. Experience &amp; Background
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8&ndash;10 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in the foodstuff/FMCG sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing multi-temperature storage (Ambient, Chiller, Frozen).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in FIFO/FEFO, batch and expiry management is a must.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 2. Education
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications in Inventory Control, WMS systems are advantageous.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 3. Functional Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of inventory control processes, stock accuracy, and reconciliation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and root cause analysis.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 4. Food Safety &amp; Compliance
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and municipality regulations in UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience handling expiry-sensitive stock and complying with cold chain standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 5. Analytical &amp; Operational Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills in inventory forecasting, shrinkage control, and space utilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 KPI monitoring &ndash; stock turnover, order accuracy, wastage control, etc.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 6. Soft Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and coordination with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong team leadership and time management skills.
 </li>
