 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Business Development Manager &ndash; IT Hardware Sales is responsible for driving sales
 
 
 growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding the company&rsquo;s presence in the Saudi market. The role focuses on selling IT hardware products &amp; Services to SMEs, Corporates, Govt entities etc.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years of experience in sales in the Saudi market preferable IT products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of IT hardware products (servers, storage, networking, end-user
 </li>
 <li>
 devices, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of the Saudi business environment and customer landscape Preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Existing customer network in Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with system integrators or distributors
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic language skills (preferred, not mandatory)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets in the Saudi market
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT hardware products
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and track competitors&rsquo; activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet the sales Targets.
 </li>
