The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the electrical goods warehouse, including inventory management, stock movement, manpower supervision, safety compliance, and timely order fulfilment. The role ensures smooth supply chain flow and supports business growth by maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in warehouse operations.Key Deliverables<ul><li>Warehouse Operations</li><li>Supervise daily activities including receiving, stacking, picking, packing, and dispatch.</li><li>Implement systematic storage for electrical goods (switches, sockets, cables, MCBs, lights, fans, DBs, etc.).</li><li>Ensure barcode/labelling of stock for easy identification and traceability.</li><li>Follow FIFO/LIFO to avoid dead stock and product damages.</li><li>Coordinate dispatches to outlets/customers on time with proper documentation.</li><li>Inventory Control &amp; Stock Accuracy</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/stock registers.</li></ul>Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation between physical and system stock.<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment with procurement/supply chain teams.</li><li>Control shrinkage, pilferage, and wastage by enforcing strong checks.</li><li>Prepare buffer stock for peak demand periods to avoid shortages.</li><li>Manpower &amp; Team Management</li><li>Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and material handlers.</li><li>Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity of the workforce.</li><li>Train staff on safe handling of electrical goods and warehouse SOPs.</li><li>Build accountability and teamwork for smooth warehouse operations.</li><li>Compliance, Safety &amp; Reporting</li><li>Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security at all times.</li><li>Implement fire safety, material handling safety, and emergency protocols.</li><li>Maintain compliance with audit requirements and company SOPs.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on stock movement, dispatch, and shortages.</li><li>Coordinate with management, procurement, and sales teams for operational efficiency.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Warehouse Assistant

The Sr. Accountant is responsible for overseeing the company&rsquo;s accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The role ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely payments/collections, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.), and supports management with financial analysis for decision-making.<ul><li>Accounting &amp; Financial Management</li><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts (sales, purchase, expenses, payroll, etc.).</li><li>Monitor daily accounting entries in ERP/software.</li><li>Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and customer collections.</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, supplier ledgers, and customer accounts regularly.</li><li>Prepare monthly P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Statutory Responsibilities</li><li>Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Handle PF, ESI, and professional tax compliances for employees.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for tax assessments and government inspections.</li><li>Stay updated with financial regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Team Management &amp; Coordination</li><li>Supervise and guide the accounts team in day-to-day operations.</li><li>Allocate tasks for billing, bookkeeping, and reporting.</li><li>Train team members on accounting standards, compliance, and software usage.</li><li>Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.</li><li>Act as the financial advisor to management for budgeting and cost control.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis</li><li>Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.</li><li>Analyse financial performance, highlight variances, and suggest corrective actions.</li><li>Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund requirements.</li><li>Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.</li><li>Assist in identifying areas of cost reduction and profitability improvement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
