Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Packaging Operations:</li><li>Oversee and execute proper packaging of finished goods as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Ensure appropriate materials (boxes, wraps, tapes, etc.) are used based on product type.</li><li>Inspect packaging quality and ensure damage-free products.</li><li>Lacing/Strapping/Bundling:</li><li>Operate lacing or strapping machines/tools for securing product bundles.</li><li>Check bundle alignment and integrity to prevent movement or damage during transit.</li><li>Monitor and maintain lacing equipment to ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>Palletization:</li><li>Stack and arrange packaged goods on pallets using optimal space and load distribution techniques.</li><li>Wrap pallets securely using stretch film or shrink wrap to avoid damage during handling.</li><li>Ensure proper labelling and tagging of pallets for identification and tracking.</li><li>Inventory and Reporting:</li><li>Record packaging material consumption and report shortages or defects.</li><li>Maintain logs of packaged and palletized goods for daily reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse or dispatch teams for timely movement of pallets.</li><li>Quality &amp; Safety Compliance:</li><li>Adhere to quality control standards during packaging and palletizing processes.</li><li>Ensure all safety measures are followed, including PPE usage and safe lifting practices.</li><li>Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Team Coordination:</li><li>Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet daily dispatch targets.</li><li>Train and guide helpers or junior staff in proper packaging and palletizing procedures.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Packaging Engineer

<ul><li>Export Documentation:</li><li>Prepare all pre- and post-shipment export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and CHA (Custom House Agents) for smooth shipment handling.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of documents to banks and buyers.</li><li>Export Logistics:</li><li>Manage end-to-end export logistics operations, including booking containers, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring timely stuffing and dispatch.</li><li>Oversee the factory stuffing process and ensure compliance with customs norms.</li><li>Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>ICEGATE &amp; Customs Compliance:</li><li>File shipping bills through ICEGATE and monitor clearance status.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and coordinate with Customs Officers for inspections, sealing, and documentation issues.</li><li>DGFT &amp; Export Incentives:</li><li>Handle DGFT-related documentation for Advance License, EPCG, MEIS/RODTEP schemes, etc.</li><li>Apply for and track IEC registration, export licenses, and SION norms.</li><li>IGST Refund:</li><li>Monitor IGST paid on exports and ensure accurate filing of returns for timely IGST refund claims.</li><li>Follow up with customs and relevant departments for refund discrepancies or delays.</li><li>Communication &amp; Coordination:</li><li>Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely movement and clearance of shipments.</li><li>Respond to queries from regulatory authorities and resolve documentation-related issues.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce / International Business / Logistics or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in export documentation and logistics.</li><li>Proficient in ICEGATE portal, DGFT online systems, and knowledge of customs procedures.</li><li>Strong understanding of IGST refund mechanisms and GST compliance for exports.</li><li>Hands-on experience with factory stuffing, container scheduling, and shipment coordination.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Nagpur, Nagpur - 440026, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
