Risk Management &amp; Compliance Monitoring</i></div><ul><li><div>
Support internal compliance audits and risk reviews related to corporate secretarial functions.</div></li><li><div>

Stakeholder Coordination</i></div><ul><li><div>
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Tax) to support corporate governance initiatives.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate with global offices and entity directors to ensure consistent governance standards.</div></li><li><div>
Advise the board of directors and other stakeholders on legal and governance issues, including changes to legislation and regulations.</div></li></ul><div><i>
Legal &amp; Conflict Team Support</i></div><ul><li><div>
Responding to RFP requests for entity constitutional documentation and questionnaires, including provision of information on ultimate beneficial ownership.</div></li><li><div>

Requirements</div><ul><li><div>
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) (essential requirement).</div></li><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.</div></li><li><div>
A minimum of 5 years experience in corporate secretarial roles, preferably within multinational companies or large professional services firm.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with board processes, corporate filings and entity management platforms is preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable operating in a standalone role reporting into an off-shore team.</div></li><li><div>
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance practices and the Companies Act, 2013.</div></li><li><div>
