<ul><li><p>Monitor projects for constructability by reviewing mechanical system designs, including HVAC.</p>

<ul><li><p>Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, project budgets, and work schedules.</p>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><p>Report regularly on work progress, budget status, and project milestones.</p>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><p>Oversee on-site construction activities and supervise construction personnel.</p>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><p>Determine project specifications to ensure full alignment with MEP requirements and compliance with building codes and regulations.</p>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><p>Review HVAC designs and construction contract documents to verify compliance with current code requirements.</p>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><p>Travel to inspection worksites within the Houston metropolitan area as required.</p>
</li></ul>
</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualification &amp; Minimum Experience</b></h3>
<div>
<ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</p>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><p>Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Engineer.</p>
</li></ul>
<ul><li><p>Travel required for inspection at work-sites within the Houston Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) when necessary.</p></li></ul></div></div></div><div></div>
