Tax Accountant

<ul><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).</li><li>General Ledger (GL) Management: Verify, post, and reconcile GL accounts; manage journal entries and complex transactions.</li><li>Month/Year-End Close: Lead or support the closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.</li><li>Analysis &amp; Insights: Analyze financial data, identify trends, variances (budget vs. actual), and provide actionable recommendations.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Controls: Ensure adherence to GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements; assist with tax filings and audits.</li><li>Process Improvement: Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.</li><li>Supervision: Manage, train, and review the work of junior accountants or bookkeepers.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;36,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
