Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the atelier sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, client engagement, and brand visibility.</li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including VIPs and repeat customers.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide styling advice and design-informed recommendations to clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional service.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee clienteling activities: appointments, follow-ups, and after-sales support.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and recommend actionable improvements.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the atelier&rsquo;s inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation meet brand standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with seasonal collections.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales or client management within fashion, luxury retail, or related industries.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of women&rsquo;s wear, fabrics, and styling (fashion design knowledge is a plus).</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to create and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Professional, polished, and passionate about fashion and design.</li></ul><ul><li>Fluency in English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-time
