Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Social Media Strategy &amp; Planning:</li></ul>Develop and execute monthly content calendars that align with brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal objectives.<ul><li>Content Creation &amp; Editing:</li></ul>Oversee the creation, curation, and editing of posts, reels, and stories, maintaining Ann Rose &amp; Co.&rsquo;s signature aesthetic.<ul><li>Photoshoots &amp; Campaigns:</li></ul>Assist during brand shoots, from concept planning and coordination to capturing behind-the-scenes content.<ul><li>Paid Advertising:</li></ul>Strategize, create, and manage Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.<ul><li>Influencer Marketing:</li></ul>Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand&rsquo;s image; manage outreach, gifting, and campaign tracking.<ul><li>Performance Tracking:</li></ul>Monitor analytics, report on engagement and ROI, and provide insights to refine future campaigns.<ul><li>Trend Awareness:</li></ul>Stay updated on fashion and social trends, bringing fresh, creative ideas to drive organic engagement and visibility.<ul><li>Community Management:</li></ul>Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with brand-appropriate tone and professionalism.Job Type: Part-timeJob Type: Part-time
