As a Center Coordinator- Preschool Academic Counselor, you will leverage your extensive experience to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and excellence in execution.</li><li>Drive the strategic planning process by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement across the organization.</li><li>Champion the adoption of best practices and maintain standards to enhance holistic development .</li><li>Stay updated on educational trends, industry developments and changing admission requirements in India</li><li>Calling, Counselling and promote the School.</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.</li><li>Conduct technical reviews and provide insightful feedback to ensure alignment with architectural principles.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among team members.</li><li>Train assistant Teachers as per need.</li></ul>Required and Preferred QualificationsPreferred:<ul><li>Experience in leadership roles within educational settings.</li><li>1+ years of teaching experience, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in any discipline.</li><li>Master's degree in Education or a related field.</li><li>Familiarity with educational technology and blended learning approaches.</li></ul>Soft Skills and Cultural Fit<ul><li>Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities, fostering a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.</li><li>Passionate about building an inclusive workplace that values diversity and equity.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;84,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bhadreswar, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
