The Annuity Hybrid Wholesaler is responsible for driving annuity sales and advisor engagement through a blended internal and external wholesaling model. This role supports financial advisors through virtual engagement, phone‑based consultation, and periodic in‑person meetings, delivering product education, case consultation, and sales support across a defined territory.

The ideal candidate combines strong annuity expertise, consultative sales skills, and the ability to build trusted advisor relationships across multiple distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop, manage, and grow annuity sales within an assigned territory through a hybrid internal/external approach</li>
<li>Conduct virtual and in‑person meetings with financial advisors to educate on annuity products, features, and applications</li>
<li>Provide advanced case design and sales support, including income planning, retirement solutions, and wealth‑transfer strategies</li>
<li>Identify new advisor opportunities and deepen relationships with existing producers</li>
<li>Maintain detailed activity, pipeline, and sales reporting via CRM</li>
<li>Stay current on product developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape</li>
<li>Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales management, and operations teams to drive growth and service excellence</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in financial services sales, with annuity wholesaling experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of fixed, fixed indexed, and/or variable annuity products</li>
<li>Proven ability to influence and educate financial advisors in a consultative sales environment</li>
<li>Strong phone, virtual presentation, and in‑person communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated success managing a sales territory and driving results</li>
<li>Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed</li>
</ul>
Licenses &amp; Certifications
<ul>
<li>FINRA Series 6 or 7 required</li>
<li>FINRA Series 63 (or 66) required</li>
<li>Life &amp; Health Insurance license required</li>
</ul>
