Dr. Hamadiya is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and highly skilled in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, PRF EZ Gel, and more.

Position Summary 

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, patient experience, and achieving real clinical results. 

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including:</li>
<li>Hydrafacial</li>
<li>PRX</li>
<li>Custom medical-grade facials</li>
<li>Chemical peels</li>
<li>Morpheus8</li>
<li>BBL/MOXI</li>
<li>Microneedling (with PRP)</li>
<li>Assist with skincare recommendations and treatment plans</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards</li>
<li>Support the aesthetics team and contribute to an exceptional patient experience</li></ul> 
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Current Florida Esthetician License (required)</li>
<li>1+ years of experience in a luxury setting</li>
<li>Current Electrologist/laser license preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Qualifications and experience with skin lasers preferred.</li>
<li>Interest in medical aesthetics and working alongside a clinical team</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, confident, and team-oriented</li></ul> 
 
Mission:
<ul>
<li>Greet all clients with a professional and welcoming manner. Perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service(s).</li>
<li>Assist staff and doctor with any skin regimen questions that come about during in office consultations or over the phone.</li>
<li>Provide custom facials, Hydrafacial, Skinpen microneedling (with PRF or exosomes) and medical grade chemical peels (Perfect Derma Peel)</li>
<li>Experience with Hydrafacial is a requirement</li>
<li>Advise clients on post procedure care &amp; skincare regimen at home</li>
<li>Experience with the following retail skincare brands: Alastin, Plated, Hydrinity and EltaMD (preferred, but not required).</li></ul> 
 
Position Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2+ years in performing treatments in a spa, aesthetic, dermatology or plastic surgery practice</li>
<li>Retail skincare sales experience</li>
<li>Florida State licensure to practice as an esthetician</li>
<li>The ideal candidate should be available 3-4 times a week. We are open Tuesday through Saturdays but we are flexible and will work with your schedule to the best of our ability.</li></ul> 
 
Compensation: $20-25/hour base + commission and tips.

Role Overview
 
We&rsquo;re looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator / Front Desk role to support local brand visibility, patient engagement, in-clinic activations, and an exceptional client experience at Body+Beauty Lab. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends social media content creation and event coordination with front desk sales, patient relationship management, and daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and personable &mdash; equally comfortable on camera capturing content as they are greeting clients and driving appointment bookings. 

Locations This is a full-time position supporting both Pennsylvania locations. The ideal candidate is able to travel between: Philadelphia: 834 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19107 St. Davids: 595 E Lancaster Ave, Saint Davids, PA 19087 

Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Social Media &amp; Content Creation
<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram and other relevant platforms in alignment with brand guidelines</li>
<li>Capture on-site content including provider moments, treatment highlights, before-and-afters, and clinic culture</li>
<li>Partner with providers to support and encourage organic, provider-led content creation</li>
<li>Monitor engagement and respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner</li>
</ul></li><li>Event Coordination
<ul><li>Plan and execute in-clinic events and local activations with clearly defined logistics and outcomes set by Clinic Leadership</li>
<li>Manage event RSVPs, guest communications, and day-of coordination</li>
<li>Track attendance and outcomes; deliver post-event recaps to Clinic Leadership</li>
<li>Support outreach to local businesses, brand partners, and community organizations to drive awareness and referrals</li>
</ul></li><li>In-Clinic Marketing Support
<ul><li>Ensure promotional materials, signage, and treatment menus are current and on-brand</li>
<li>Support execution of campaigns, seasonal promotions, and limited-time offers as directed by Clinic Leadership</li>
<li>Respond to incoming leads within the CRM, conduct initial outreach, and convert to appointment</li>
</ul></li><li>Front Desk &amp; Client Experience
<ul><li>Greet and check in patients; create a warm, professional first impression</li>
<li>Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and booking of return visits for all clients</li>
<li>Enroll clients in memberships, packages, and provider promotions; process payments and offer payment plan options</li>
<li>Perform skincare analyses and product demonstrations; assist guests in selecting appropriate services and retail</li>
<li>Assist with tracking guest data, completion of consent forms, and maintenance of accurate client records</li>
<li>Develop lasting relationships with existing guests while continuously engaging and recruiting new guests</li>
<li>Maintain overall office and retail area cleanliness; keep fixtures clean and fully stocked with merchandise</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management as directed</li></ul>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, event coordination, retail, or client-facing service</li>
<li>Proficiency with Instagram, including Reels creation, scheduling tools, and basic analytics Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for creating on-brand marketing assets</li>
<li>Experience capturing and editing short-form video content for social media</li>
<li>Comfortable on-camera and experienced supporting or directing provider content capture</li>
<li>Strong front desk or retail sales skills with a track record of converting consultations to bookings</li>
<li>Excellent communication and patient service skills &mdash; both in-person and by phone</li>
<li>Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>Flexible availability including occasional evenings and weekends for onsite and offsite events</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and ability to travel between clinic locations (Philadelphia and St. Davids)</li>
<li>High school diploma required</li></ul> 
 
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in a med spa, dermatology, wellness, or aesthetic clinic setting</li>
<li>Familiarity with Zenoti or similar practice management / scheduling software</li>
<li>Experience with CRM platforms and basic lead management (specific platform training provided)</li>
<li>Existing relationships with local businesses, brands, or community organizations in the Philadelphia area</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with corporate marketing teams or national brand partners</li></ul>
