This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to handle queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth post-purchase journey for our customers.What You'll do:<ul><li>Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, calls, and social media DMs.</li><li>Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund processes in line with company policies.</li><li>Provide accurate product and order information to assist customers in making purchase decisions.</li><li>Record and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments for timely resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and returns.</li><li>Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve processes and product experience.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Female candidate with 1 - 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English &amp; Hindi.</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.</li><li>Patient, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Candidate should be from Fashion Industry or Fashion Education background.</li><li>Good communication Skills.</li><li>Candidate should be Graduate Or Diploma in Fashion.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;32,000.00 per month
