<div>Essential Functions: 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide timely response to patient calls, telehealth consults, or facility requests during on-call hours.</li><li>
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.</li><li>
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.</li><li>
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions as needed.</li><li>
Document all encounters and communications accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.</li><li>
Support emergency response and facilitate patient transfers or hospitalizations when clinically indicated.</li><li>
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing and ancillary staff during on-call shifts.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA and infection control protocols.</li></ul>
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure clinical competence
Experience and Education:<ul><li>
NP Degree from a College or University and two years related experience and/or training.</li></ul>
