JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally</li><li>Interact with CUSTOMERS regarding courses, registrations, schedules, and general inquiries.</li><li>Assist students with the registration and documentation process.</li><li>Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain and update student and customer records accurately.</li><li>Support administrative activities including filing, data entry, and office coordination.</li><li>Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Handle follow-ups, reminders, and basic reporting as required.</li></ul>SKILLS REQUIRED<ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)</li><li>Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally</li><li>Good customer handling and follow-up skills</li><li>Basic administrative and documentation skills</li><li>Data entry and record-keeping accuracy</li><li>Time management and multitasking ability</li><li>Polite, confident, and convincing telephone etiquette</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
