As a <b>Senior Civil Designer</b>, you will join our growing civil engineering team and play a key role in delivering complex design solutions. The ideal candidate will lead civil engineering design efforts, mentor junior designers, and provide technical solutions using advanced 2D and 3D CAD knowledge. In this role, you will take ownership of design quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements. You will work closely with engineers and other disciplines to develop detailed construction plans and exhibits for a variety of civil projects, including site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management. This position also involves coordinating with survey, geotechnical, and structural teams, troubleshooting design challenges, and maintaining CAD standards and templates to support efficient workflows.</div>

Lead the development of civil engineering designs and construction plans, including grading, drainage, and site layout.</li><li>
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for alignments, profiles, and grading features to produce engineered plans and sheet setups, including plan views, sections, elevations, and details.</li><li>
Apply advanced concepts for site grading, storm drainage, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater best management practices.</li><li>
Collaborate with civil engineers to interpret design intent and translate it into accurate CAD drawings.</li><li>
Coordinate with other disciplines such as survey, electrical, geotechnical, and structural engineering to ensure seamless design integration.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and solve design challenges with practical, client-focused solutions while applying creativity and independent thought.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Position Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li>
An associate or technical degree in CAD, civil engineering technology, or a related field is required.</li><li>
Eight or more years of experience in civil design, with strong proficiency in Civil 3D.</li><li>
Advanced understanding of civil design principles, including grading, drainage, and stormwater management.

As our Renewables Designer (PV Case), you&rsquo;ll be joining our growing engineering team. The ideal candidates will participate in and contribute to a diverse range of renewables projects in our team-oriented environment. Under the direction of experienced engineers, you will gain exposure to the Renewables industry in PV, HV and Battery Storage projects.</div>

The role requires strong technical skills in electrical, civil and structural principles with a focus on accuracy, compliance with codes and utilizing equipment specs.</li><li>
Focus of role will be utilizing software (PV case, PV Farm, SAM, PVsyst) for designing, optimizing, and creating detailed technical plans for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.</li><li>
Create PV layouts with considerations toward civil, structural and electrical components of the project..</li><li>
Perform electrical &ldquo;blocking&rdquo; and MV routing for PV design</li><li>
Assist with generation of single line diagrams</li><li>
Work with the civil and structural teams to optimize between earthwork and structural quantities.</li><li>
Create pile plot plans</li><li>
Evaluating design alternatives to solve constructability, code, and site challenges.</li><li>
