</div><div>In this position you will play a vital role in driving profitable growth across the Eastern Province and broader Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on the oil &amp; gas sector, strategic verticals, and channel partners. This role requires a commercially driven, hands-on individual with strong sales acumen, account management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across complex sales cycles.</div><br>

What your role will be?</b></div>

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager &ndash; Middle East, you will have the opportunity to:</div>
<ul><li> Drive profitable sales growth in Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s Eastern Province, with focus on oil &amp; gas, petrochemicals, utilities, and heavy industry.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develop and execute a clear territory sales strategy aligned with regional objectives.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Identify and pursue sales opportunities with end users, contractors, and project stakeholders.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage and develop Ansell&rsquo;s distributor network:</li></ul>
<div>
o Build strong partnerships and implement joint business plans.</div>
<div>
o Conduct regular field visits.</div>
<div>
o Provide ongoing training and support to ensure engagement.</div>
<ul><li> Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts:</li></ul>

o Maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers.</div>
<div>
o Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations.</div>

o Coordinate technical and commercial support to ensure customer satisfaction.</div>
<ul><li> Collaborate with regional marketing, product, and technical teams to:</li></ul>

o Activate marketing campaigns.</div>

o Support tender processes.</div>

o Contribute to strategic projects.</div>

<ul><li> Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities in the Saudi market.</li></ul><br>

What will you bring to Ansell</b><b>?</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<ul><li> Demonstrated B2B sales experience with background in Business, Engineering, Industrial Safety is preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prior exposure to the PPE, oil and gas, or industrial safety sectors is highly desirable.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proven track record of managing distributors, agents, or other indirect sales channels.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong understanding of oil and gas industry dynamics within Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Eastern Province.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently while remaining self-motivated.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a regional matrix organisation.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Fluent in both English and Arabic, in written and spoken form.</li></ul>

</div><div>In this position as Junior sales you will play a vital role in promoting and selling Ansell&rsquo;s products within an assigned territory of Black Sea and part of Eastern Anatolia territories (Main focus Sakarya, Bolu, Samsun, Trabzon, Rize ve Erzurum), using both end-user and distributor networks. The role works closely with Territory Sales Managers and Senior Territory Sales Managers for support in achieving sales targets.</div><div><b>
